Liquid Media Transport Kits
Puritan® UniTranz-RT® — with universal transport medium, for the collection and transport of viruses, chlamydia, mycoplasma, and ureaplasma specimen at room temperature. Available media only or as a kit with swabs. Kits have various swab configurations, including polyester and Puritan® patented PurFlock Ultra® Media-only options available (without swabs).
Puritan® Opti-Swab® — with Liquid Amies transport medium, for the collection and transport of aerobic, anaerobic, and fastidious bacterial Opti-Swab® features Puritan HydraFlock® flocked swabs.
Puritan® Fecal Opti-Swab® — with Cary Blair transport medium, for the collection and transport of fecal and rectal swab specimens, preserving enteric bacteria. Kit includes HydraFlock ® flocked swab.

Lim Selective Enrichment Broth — for isolation and transport of Group B Streptococcus (GBS) testing of pregnant women (35-37 weeks gestation)
Selenite Selective Enrichment Broth — for isolation and transport of Salmonella spp and Shigella spp from fecal specimens
MRSA Enrichment Medium — for the isolation and transport of Staphylococcus aureus species, particularly methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)
Cary-Blair Transport Medium — for preservation and transport of fecal enteric pathogenic bacteria related to foodborne illness
